C'est un dimanche pluvieux encore! - It's a rainy Sunday again!

I intend to spend the day in the sewing room!
I haven't made much more progress with the "Card trick" quilt because we had visitors. Our daughter Kirsty and her OH, Daniel, were over from England. The weather was good sometimes and we managed a few outings! It was lovely to see them and to spend time together.

We went for a stroll around Ver. The paths were very wet underfoot and there were plenty of deep puddles. It was more like a route march! However, the scenery was lovely!

Artist at work!
Les huîtres - les plus frais! The freshest oysters.

Diners eat oysters and drink a glass of wine, bought as a take away from a local restaurant, while sitting on the wall - then they recycle the shells on the beach!

Entretenir les huîtres. Tending the oysters.
